PES (Int.) has moved the bar significantly higher in disinfection kill rates – we are unable to detect any active biological content post treatment with our MC HeatDis TM system, Patent Pending. This has redefined what is possible in biologically safe Fluid Disinfection without the use of moving parts, consumables or chemicals.

Similarly, we are able to process fluid streams with solids/particle content of appreciable size, without extensive filtration or screening, with no loss in efficiency and effectiveness of disinfection.

The output stream from our MC HeatDis TM system is free of detectable targeted active biological material – giving you a biologically safe, invaluable resource. This treated and biologically safe fluid stream can be immediately reused instead of being discharged, as is current normal practice, as a biologically contaminated waste stream requiring extensive processing and treatment before final release to the environment.

PES Int. Incorporates and integrates environmental control and fluid treatment solutions into one system. This results in energy savings and simultaneously provides the on-site ability to more effectively recycle and reuse all fluid streams.

Significantly, operating cost reductions and operating life extensions are achieved on top of the up-front energy savings with these systems.

This results in a major reduction of green house gas emission to the atmosphere and its associated environmental impact, while simultaneously improving waste stream quality.
