Civil and Infrastructure

PES (Int.) together with its partners provides end-to-end integrated civil infrastructure solutions  as well as modular components to address site specific needs – such as power generation, water treatment, hot water generation, sludge and grey/black water treatment.

These solutions and modular components are characterised by their exceptional efficiency, capability, reliability, ease of operation and low maintenance.

In addition, PES (Int.) solutions offer consistent and ongoing saving in water usage, energy usage and resource utilisation.  In many cases our clients recoup their total investment with PES (Int.) in 3-6 years just on reduced operating costs!

The energy usage, Environmental impact and footprint of PES Int. solutions is significantly less than current best practice.

 

RemSys™ 

PES (Int.) provides portable and semi fixed infrastructure to address short and medium term needs.

The innovative and novel RemSysc™ (Remote System) is a modular, scalable  solution that is able to integrate power generation, water treatment, hot water generation, environmental control (HVAC – Heating/cooling, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and fluid treatment  in one complete system.

The scalable RemSys family of solutions (RemSys Lite, RemSys Field and RemSys SF) is ideally suited for field applications requiring anything from minor (Lite) to major (SF) infrastructure but not having direct access to normal services due to distance, remote location, environmental circumstances or local infrastructure failure/non existence.

The innovative and portable design of the RemSys family means rapid field deployment and on site activation is a standard feature.  A modified  RemSys Lite system  has been designed to run on solar power thus eliminating the requirement for what may be a costly and unreliable energy supply source.

The immediate impact of having power, clean and biologically safe water, waste water processing, environmental control (HVAC) and hot water generation/supply can and does make a difference in mitigating local suffering. 

 

Industrial Pasteurization

The MC HeatDis™, Patent Pending,  is an extremely effective and reliable way to disinfect all fluid streams using the scientific and highly proven basis of heat pasteurisation.

The MC HeatDis™ output has no detectable active biological content unlike the current best practice. This is achieved with no extensive screening and/or pre-filtration unlike competing technologies.

We are able to reach previously undreamt of levels of disinfection without the use of moving parts, production of harmful by-products chemicals, the need for consumables, or the use of harmful chemicals.

The MC HeatDis™ is able to handle the disinfection of fluid streams with particulate matter up to 1 mm in size with no loss of efficiency or throughput.

The technical, innovative and novel nature of the system, in addition to the stunning kill rates, achieves energy efficiencies greater than 98% for most applications.

It is worth noting that this process does not physically or chemically alter the fluid being treated unlike competing technologies.
MC HeatDis™ systems are available in sizes suitable for everything from temporary/portable applications through to fixed units for large infrastructure projects.  In addition, these systems can be retrofitted to existing facilities for that extra edge and security  in disinfection and pasteurisation performance.

 

Potable Water

Biologically safe drinking water can be a reality using the PES Int. MC HeatDis™!

With no moving parts, no consumables and definitely no harmful chemicals, using the MC HeatDis™ on-site as an in-line element of your drinking water supply means that no active biological materials will make it through . . .

MC HeatDis™ systems are available in sizes suitable for everything from temporary/portable applications through to fixed units for large infrastructure projects.  In addition, these systems can be retrofitted to existing plant for that extra edge and security in assuring bio-contaminant free potable water . . .

 

Grey and Black water

The MC HeatDis™ system is the ultimate solution for on-site treatment of grey and black water respectively. 

The system achieves an unprecedented kill-rate with no detectable active target biological contaminants in the output streams.  With the MC HeatDis™ the treatment process is effective, highly efficient and quick.  As a bonus, the waste stream becomes a useful resource instead of needing elaborate treatment (aerobic and anaerobic) prior to discharge to the environment.

The system use no harmful chemicals, no consumables and has no moving parts.  Most importantly, there is no loss of effectiveness when suspended particles of appreciable size are present unlike competing products. The design of the system allows for minimal to no energy usage to run the system thus reducing its carbon footprint to virtually zero when utilising existing waste energy resources.

Sludge –Slud-Safe

Sludge safe (Slud-Safe)™  is able to economically disinfect flowable biologically contaminated sludge with unprecedented effectiveness, reliability and efficiency.  This on-site system handles sludge with particulates of up to 5-10 mm in diameter with no loss of disinfection capability/capacity.

Slud-Safe uses no harmful chemicals, no consumables and has no moving parts and there is no loss of effectiveness when suspended particles of appreciable size are present unlike competing products, which require extensive processing prior to treatment or can only handle dried sludge.  The design of the system allows for minimal to no energy usage to run the system thus reducing its carbon footprint to virtually zero when utilising existing waste energy resources.

Slud-Safe systems are available in sizes suitable for everything from temporary/portable applications through to fixed units for large infrastructure projects.  In addition, these systems can be retrofitted to existing plant for that extra edge and security in performance from your on-site sludge processing system . . .

 

Marine applications – ballast water

Ships, especially cargo ships, pick up and dump ballast water in different locations with a high likelihood of local marine organisms being relocated to areas where they are not a 'natural' part of the environment.  This is resulting in major outbreaks of marine infestation all over the world as pest species are introduced in previously 'clean' locales.

PES( Int.) is developing a simple and effective on-board means of eliminating ballast water cross-pollution by shipping all over the world.

The system uses no harmful chemicals, has no consumables and has no moving parts.  Importantly, there is no loss of effectiveness when suspended particles of appreciable size are present unlike competing products and technologies. The design of the system allows for minimal to no energy usage to run the system thus reducing its carbon footprint to virtually zero when utilising existing waste energy resources..

Our systems systems are available in sizes suitable for everything from small leisure craft through to the biggest freighters plying the world's sea-lanes.  In addition, these systems can be easily retrofitted for that extra edge  and security in making sure your ballast water is safe to discharge at your destination . . .

 

Other

PES (Int.) is developing new applications and uses of its technologies and solutions to address pressing environmental and performance needs.
